RAW MATERIAL - 95% minimum recycled PCR
We can produce a wide range of colors : the caps can be dyed in the mass.
According to your need we can obtain a mat or a shiny effect and different textures.
RECYCLED PUMPS
RAW MATERIAL - PCR PP + PP
- Neck and overcap are made of 50 % PCR PP and 50 % virgin PE.
-The pieces in contact with the bulk (actuator, engine, deep tube) are made of virgin raw material.
The colors can be bright or dark, base color is close to dark grey.
EXAMPLES OF CLOSURES IN RECYCLED PP
Currently available for the neck commonly used in cosmetic: GCMI 24.410 , GCMI 28.410 and EUROPA 5, EMBELIA expands this raw material progressively to others neck of caps and lids
