Rpet is mostly produced from transparent bottles waste sorting.
RECYCLED PET - COLORS
Its recycling process is mechanical : sorting, cleaning, grinding, melting.
PET has the same characteristics as virgin PET (dimensional aspect and functional aspect) and its production requires far less energy.
CO2 emissions are signicantly reduced.
Rpet keeps food grade.
VARIATION OF COLOR SHADES
It is possible to incorporate in the production of our PET bottles from 25% up to 100% of recycled material
The color obtained is transparent. For a same parcentage of recycled material, the degree of transparency may vary according to the production batches and to the plant. The capacity of the bottles can also have an impact on the color. Depending on runs, colors can also tend towards grey or green.
This type of variations is acceptable according to our specifications.
