Lightweight, refillable, recycled and recyclable, EMBELIA offers an eco-designed RPET CLASSIC JAR that combines sustainability and sleek design.
DESCRIPTION OF THE REFILLABLE, LIGHTWEIGHT AND RECYCLABLE CLASSIC JAR
A variation of our Classic jar in PET, the Classic jar has been redesigned to meet stringent requirements in terms of sustainability, aesthetics and practicality.
The eco-designed 50 ml jar set comprises :
- a jar in crystal-clear recycled PET
- a refill in white recyclable PP
- a lid in white or black PP (recycled possible) or ash wood.
WHY CLASSIC REFILL IS AN ECO-FRIENDLY JAR
LESS RAW MATERIAL
The walls and base of the jar have been reduced to optimize its weight and limit the use of raw materials.
The Classic Refill jar is the lightest refillable jar in our range.
RECYCLED MATERIAL
Classic jars are made from 50% recycled material (RPET 50%).
The refillable cup is made of virgin PP to ensure the food contact grade
The lids can be produced in recycled PP or in ash wood.
The various components of the cup can be recycled at the end of its life.
A REFILLABLE CUP
Our cosmetic jar is delivered with a refillable cup, allowing you to fill your jar with your favorite beauty products, thus reducing single-use plastic waste.
No need to buy a new jar each time, just refill the jar with a cup of your favorite cosmetic product.
Please note:
With the 1st order, the jar is delivered with the PP cup mounted.
This cup is also sold separately, in its refill function.
PERSONALIZATION AND SEALING
Various finishing options are available:
Jar: Silk-screen / Pad printing / Hot stamping
Lid: Mass tint
Cup(Refill) : Mass tint / Silk-screen / Pad printing / MACHot stamping
Sealing
Various heat-sealable options are available. Please do not hesitate to ask your sales representative.
To sum up, Classic jars have a lot of assets, and meet a number of eco-design criteria:
- They are refillable and therefore infinitely reusable.
- They are made from 50% recycled material (RPET 50%)(The cup is in PP, which preserves the food grade)
- They are lighter in weight (-19% compared to the Acqua refillable jar)
- They are recyclable in the PET or PP sorting chain
